About the Hippo
I am fat. I weigh 108kg and I'm 1.67m tall. My BMI is 39.4, which makes me moribidly obese. Or as I put it, a hippo. This blog details my struggle and battle to lose almost 40kg of excess weight through a combination of starvation, crash dieting and self loathing.
